Kentucky Bar Association makes rules that they claim to operate by:

A lawyer shall act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client.
With taxpayer money they make rules to operate by and then break those rules to attack the taxpayers for more ill-gotten gains.
For nine months James Samples was incarcerated due to false police reports filed by Attorney Jennifer Peeler, Officer Travis Counts, and Deputy David King. For nine months Attorney Shannon Powers refused to provide James Samples a copy of Discovery. James hired Atty. Marc Wells whom took $5,000 from James and refused to enter into evidence recordings proving that James was innocent and that officers and attorney Peeler made false police reports and imprisonments against James.
The Kentucky Bar Association is an illicit crime syndicate that must be disbanded!
